A credit card is required to be kept on file. Payment for sessions will be processed immediately after your appointment, and appropriate receipts and invoices will be provided.

A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your current needs and determine whether my expertise aligns with your goals. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to explore availability and session frequency.

We do not currently provide mental health services for individuals under the age of 19. Our parenting support services are designed to help caregivers strengthen their skills and build effective strategies to support their children at home. However, we are happy to offer referrals to other mental health professionals and services in the community that can best meet the needs of children and youth. Still have questions? It does not. A consultation is an opportunity for us to connect, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether it feels like a good fit before beginning therapy. It also gives you a clearer sense of when a spot may become available, based on the current waitlist.

I am a registered provider with multiple insurance companies, including Blue Cross. Please verify that your coverage includes "Clinical Social Worker." You can submit your receipts and invoices for personal reimbursement after every session.
