Over the course of a few days, we work closely to address the issues that matter most—whether it’s improving communication, resolving recurring conflicts, or rebuilding emotional connection. This immersive approach creates a safe, supportive space where couples can make meaningful progress quickly.

This "booster" program is a focused, one-day or three-session experience designed to give your relationship a tune-up. It’s an opportunity to check in on the health of your connection—exploring intimacy, communication, conflict patterns, and the overall strength of your day to day connection. Think of it as routine maintenance for your relationship, helping you stay aligned and connected. Whether you’re looking to strengthen what’s already working or address areas of growth, this immersive experience is personalized to meet your specific goals. Consider making booster part of your annual commitment to each other—a dedicated time for connection and renewal, helping you nurture and strengthen your relationship year after year.

This program is for couples who feel they’re constantly missing each other in communication. You’ll learn new approaches and practical skills to improve daily communication and enhance connection in your relationship.

This program is for couples facing chronic conflict or avoidance. It focuses on building conflict resolution skills to de-escalate emotions, make decisions together, and restore harmony in your relationship and daily life

4 bi-weekly sessions - (2 hours each)

This program or six-week course is for couples facing challenges in parenting. It offers practical strategies and a clear framework for managing everyday interactions with your kids, including handling big emotions and behaviors.
